Katiliya Mountain Resort and Spa is an all-suite luxury resort providing guests with superb services and facilities, in a stunning natural setting. Housed within separate villas and surrounded by extensive landscaping, our suites provide the most spacious accommodation in Chiang Rai.
The individual suites range in size from 90 to 120 square metres, including large private balconies that open to magnificent views of rolling hills and verdant forests. Elevated ceilings, capacious wardrobes, tasteful furnishings and a host of fine amenities ensure your absolute comfort. Bathrooms are fitted with separate showers and bath tubs, and separate his-and-hers vanities.
Natural materials are incorporated throughout the property, and each villa is constructed from a blend of natural stone, local hardwood timber and red earth finishing, with floors of teak and bamboo. The result is a relaxing ambience that embraces its natural surroundings in a seamless blend of nature and stylish architecture.
Standard Suite – is located below the Superior Suite unit, contemporary Thai-style luxury suites that are 100 sq. m with balcony with forest view, comfortable king size bed with full facilities. Not recommend for elderly person since there are steps and stairs down to the room.
Katiliya Suite – These suites are located in two story buildings with panoramic views in mind; 100 sq.m ensuring guest privacy and that open to magnificent sunrise or sunset views of rolling hills and woods of our province, comfortable oversized king-size bed (2.13 m) or twin bed with full facilities.
Superior Suite - Contemporary Thai-style luxury suites that are 100 sq m with balcony, magnificent views from private balcony, comfortable king size with full facilities. Some units close to our pool and lobby area for convenience. There is an accessible room on request and subject to availability.
Two or Three Bedroom Suite - Situated in our Two Superior suite (connecting) with spacious living room (75 square meters) and private pantry or Situated in our Two Superior suite connecting with spacious living and One Honeymoon Suite, magnificent views from private balcony, comfortable king size bed with full facilities.
