The Katiliya Estate

About the Estate

The Katiliya Nature Park

A living sanctuary

The nature park was not designed to be a tourist attraction. It was created by the estate’s owner as a private refuge — a place where animals live without fences, where walking trails follow the natural contours of the land, and where the only sounds are water and birds.

Deer graze freely. Peacocks roam the paths. Swans move silently across the lakes. The park covers 28 hectares and includes several species of trees, birds, and wildlife that exist nowhere else in the area. Guests at both the Mountain Resort and the Park Villas move through this landscape as though it belongs to them — because, for the duration of their stay, it does.
