The Family Standard Villa is designed for relaxed family stays within the peaceful surroundings of The Katiliya Estate.

Featuring one king-size bed and one single bed, the villa comfortably accommodates small families or groups of up to three guests. Practical in-room comforts include a microwave, mini fridge, and tea and coffee facilities, while the private outdoor seating area and firepit create a relaxed mountain atmosphere surrounded by nature.

Located within the estate’s private nature park, guests enjoy easy access to forest trails, open green spaces, and family-friendly outdoor experiences.
